Here are some new photos I took of Runaround Sue this morning. She is now finished and will be sent off to Kitty to be waste casted. I really love her pretty tail and can hardly wait to see her in resin so I can refine her a bit more.

Sue's Beautiful Mane!
Here are some new progress photos of Runaround Sue. She has a beautiful mane now. I couldn't be happier how it turned out. It is slightly rough but once I get her in resin, I'll smooth out the detail a bit more. I took some outdoor photos of her today. This week in the evenings I'll be working on her hind-end and tail.
I have some wonderful news to share and a pre-sale announcement. I have been talking with Kitty Cantrell this past week and she has offered to waste cast Sue for me and help me learn how to do a waste mold for future horses. I am so very happy to have her help and I can't thank her enough.
So, in about two weeks or so Sue will be resin. After I get a resin casting cleaned up and photographed, I will start a pre-sales ad on MHSP and Sue will be sent off to Resins By Randy to be resin casted. 9 pre-sales horses will be available at $150 each + shipping. Sue's normal resin price is going to be 175.00 + shipping. This is sure an exciting time to have her almost finished. I personally can hardly wait to see her painted in many colors and show her in halter and performance.

Here are some new progress photos of Runaround Sue. Her front legs are nearly finished. I also worked on her shoulders, neck, and chest.

Forlock and More Refined
I got to work on Sue about 4 or 5 hours this weekend. I've sculpted her forlock, the left side of her neck is looking nice, the left side of her head was finished, her left shoulder was muscled, and I worked on her left stifle and the wrinkled pushed up skin in front of it.

A Little More Progress
Sue has her neck back (roughly) and I've positioned her head just a little more over the knee. She is now ready for more muscle refining and detailing. I might start her mane soon too because I think it will help see her overall look.

Runaround Sue's Head
Runaround Sue's head is farther along now. I'm really starting to like her more and more! After I get the left side refined and her ears finished, I'll be getting her head re-positioned and sculpt her neck. While I'm working on her head, her neck has been taken apart so its easier to detail her head.

Playful Mare Progress Photos
Now that I have her head farther along and other areas worked on, I thought I would share another peek of her.
Sculpting Progress:
* Head: The left side of the head is much farther along but still needs to be smoothed and refined more.
* The body doesn't have any muscle worked in yet
* The left front leg forearm has muscle inside and out and the knee is started.
